of Central FL;
have been stepping up for you for several years and I have
appreciated their help. I hope some of our other members will find time to
devote to our Association and industry by volunteering their time or someone
from their business to get involved. The things that happen don’t happen by
themselves and we need your help to be successful.
The January Chapter meeting will be held at noon on Thursday, January 15
at Beef ‘O’ Brady’s in Melbourne. There we will welcome
Shelly Grundhoffer
back into the president’s slot. The meeting will follow the FSPA state Board
of Directors meeting being held January 9-10 in Gainesville. We will have the
most current information to share with you at our meeting so don’t miss it!
Please keep Mike Schnider, SCP, and his family in your prayers throughout
the Christmas season and into the New Year.

To FSPA Tampa Bay Chapter:
The FSPA Swim Meet this year was an adventure. We packed 5 girls and
a Coach into a minivan and began our 4 hour journey to Stuart, FL. Within 15
minutes all of the girls were asleep, making it a quiet ride for Coach Tedder
who drove us.
We had to be up at 5:15 a.m. the next morning for warm ups, so it’s safe
to say we were all asleep by 10:15 p.m. As we walked on the pool deck it
began to pour, but none the less the 4 girls and I jumped into the pool to get
ready for the meet. We had two new freshmen come with us. It was nice to
spend time and get to know my teammates a little better. The freshmen went
“Best Times” and a senior, Dee Sopapong made finals. Overall it was a great
meet, and I’m happy to have been able to attend the FSPA Swim Meet these
last four years.
