program is made possible by the efforts of
Jim Bingold, Proline Distributors.
Proline Distributors hosted a family/employee appreciation day along with a
fundraiser for the swim lessons. Several FSPAmembers, including JimBingold,
volunteered to sit in a dunk tank as successful throws at a trigger button caused
the inevitable dunk and money earned for swim lessons. Thank you

and Anna Stewart, Palm Beach Drowning Prevention Coalition
for helping to organize the lessons. We also would like to thank the Swimming
Pool Education and Safety Foundation for its matching grant program provided
for Chapters offering swim lessons to their local areas.
The next Chapter meeting is August 12 at Contractors Business Park.
Members are encouraged to attend the Board meeting at 5:30 p.m. Here you
can comment on agenda items or discuss new topics of interest to you and your
employees. At 6:30 p.m. a light dinner and refreshments will be served followed
by the membership meeting starting promptly at 7:00 p.m. We are honored
to have
Jim Gay, Jacks Magic Products,
present the August program. It is
sure to be informative and well worth attending. The business bringing the
most attendees will receive a valuable gift and a door prize will be offered.
The 1

Annual First Aide/CPR, AED Certification Program for pool and spa
industry members, “Learn and Live,” will be offered in October. This certification
program is offered as a member benefit for only $10 per person. Non-member
rates are discounted also and will be offered for $40. Stand above the rest;
market your business with, “All employees are CPR certified.” This program is
offered by thePalmBeachChapter with support by
Amerisure
and
Insurance by
Ken Brown.
Details of this program as well as registration forms for events and
meetings will be posted on the Chapter website as the dates approach. Check
