The Northeast Florida Chapter held a CPR
training on July 17 and learned so much!
the Hyatt Regency in Sarasota. Everyone is welcome to come and attend the
different committee meetings on Friday. For more information, please contact
your chapter coordinator or the FSPA office.
The Chapter Board will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on August 19 at Ruby
Tuesday’s to plan next year’s agenda. All members are welcome to attend.
The FSPA High School Invitational Swimming and Diving Meet is
taking place September 26-27 at Sailfish Splash Aquatic Athletics
Center in Stuart, FL. Sign up to sponsor or volunteer by visiting

The Board of Directors has planned events for the year they feel would be
of interest to you as a member. Please support your Chapter by attending. If
you have something specific you would like to see at a meeting, please let us
hear from you.

We hope everyone had a safe and happy Fourth of July! Hard to believe
half the year is already gone! Time flies when you are having so much fun in
the pool industry!
The swim lessons the Chapter funded are in full swing! We will report on
the number of children who benefitted in next month’s news.
As mentioned last month, the Board of Directors
voted to form a committee to determine if the
Chapter supports going forward with the proposed
service bill. There will be two meetings over the
next two months with the results being presented
to the state Board in September. A big thank you
