produce the product we have developed over the years.
At the FSPA we are working to develop a philanthropic effort to bring relief
to those in need. This is in the infancy stages and we would welcome your
ideas and/or concerns. Please contact us if you know something that works
and could be a good match for us.
All in all I am talking about the health and wellness of our industry. The pool
industry has been great for me and my family and it will continue to be well
into the future. With two sons and two daughters with college degrees, I am
proud to say my sons have chosen to follow in my footsteps. I couldn’t be
more proud and they are the most valuable asset of my company.
When you look around at our volunteer organization, you see the generations
of pool builders. The only think lacking is membership.
At the present time we are 600 companies strong statewide. When you
factor in all the employees of these companies, we are thousands, but we are
only a fraction of the licensed contractors in Florida. If you are not a member of
this association, don’t ask what the FSPA
can do for you – the question is what can
YOU do for your industry? The benefits
you receive are many. Join the FSPA and
turn your voice into a roar, not only for the
state but internationally. We in Florida are
the leaders in the pool and spa industry
as well as being the safest. Together we
form a bond that truly is unbreakable.
So pay it forward – invite a colleague
to your next Chapter meeting. Volunteer
to attend Legislative Days. Support your
industry. When we work together united
and organized with strength in numbers,
the energy is magnificent. It may even be
contagious as we spread the word.
