Governor Rick Scott appoints six to Public
Swimming and Bathing Facilities Advisory
Review Board

June 23 Governor Rick Scott announced four appointments and two
reappointments to the Public Swimming and Bathing FacilitiesAdvisory Review
Board.
Darrel Graziani, 52, of Stuart, is an engineer and environmental administrator
at the Florida Department of Health. He succeeds Kenneth Rech and is
appointed for a term beginning June 23, 2014 and ending September 30, 2017.
Michael Kelly, 65, of Largo, is a pool contractor and owner of Kelly Pools.
He succeeds Patricia Roberts and is appointed for a term beginning June 23,
2014, and ending September 30, 2017.
James LePetrie, 46, of Jacksonville, is the principal of WET Engineering
Inc. He succeeds William Smoot and is appointed for a term beginning June
23, 2014, and ending September 30, 2017.
Mark Pabst, 56, of Winter Garden, is an engineering specialist at the Florida
Department of Health. He succeeds Robert Foster and is appointed for a term
beginning June 23, 2014, and ending September 30, 2017.
Jeffrey Kosik, 55, of Clermont, is the manager of environmental compliance
for Walt Disney World. He is reappointed for a term beginning June 23, 2014,
and ending September 30, 2017.
Fred Williams, 67, of Palm Harbor, is the president of National Pools of
Pasco Inc. He is reappointed for a term beginning June 23, 2014, and ending
September 30, 2017.
