deep-rooted perception that older people will have trouble reframing. Bill Gates
may be 58, and Gordon Moore of Moore’s Law fame is 84, but there is still a
perception that older people are technophobic and older managers don’t want
to deal with technologic change. “I sincerely doubt that managers who are
over 50 share the same enthusiasm and excitement when it comes to digitizing
business segments compared to a younger person,” wrote a survey respondent
in the construction industry. As one respondent said, “Senior leaders seem
to understand the importance/relevance — they’re not dummies — but they

that they are getting something beneficial from investment in new technologies.
Business leaders need to identify and leverage metrics to help make digital

DIGITAL POOLTECHNOLOGIES - In use over 40 years, since the 1970’s at
large commercial pool facilities, then moving to small hotels and condominiums
in the 1980’s, to hundreds of thousands of residential pools across the USA,
automation has now advanced platforms for complete pump room control and
communications to maximize power, water and chemical savings. Applications
provide centralized remote monitoring of single to multiple pools and water
features from one flat screen that may be located anywhere in the world. They
are available for use by multiple users simultaneously at multiple locations, via
desk tops, portable smart phones and tablets all using wireless technology.
Operation Management Systems (OMB) - Monitoring, AlarmAlert Notification
and Remote Control of On-Site Equipment
• Precise control of ORP and pH
• Alert when DE filters are soiled and need cleaned,
• Alert when pH or sanitizers are low and need refilled
• Precise digital-laser control of pool and spa water levels
• Monitoring of water consumption with alarms for excessive water usage
• Precise control of recirculation pump GPM to maintain DOH flow with
