30 years. He is president
/ owner of Pools by John
Garner, Inc., a custom
pool building company
in Jacksonville. John is
certified as a commercial
pool/spa contractor and
holds multiple licenses.
John has been active
in the Northeast Florida
Chapter for many years,
s e r v i n g a s c h a p t e r
president for three years
and receiving a Director
of the Year award twice.
John has served on the
Executive Committee as
an at-large director in
2011, treasurer in 2012,
vice president in 2013 and
president in 2014.
Rob i s a l i censed

contractor and holds a
gas installers license. He
is the president of Galaxy
Pools in Sarasota and has
been in the pool industry
for 38 years.
Rob has been on the
Manasota Chapter Board
for many years holding the
offices of treasurer, vice
president and president.
He has been chosen as
the chapter Director of the
Year. He has also been
on the state Board off and
on for many years. Rob
served on the Executive
Committee as an at-large
director in 2011, secretary
in 2012, treasurer in 2013
and vice president in 2014.

in 1991 with a focus on

Brian has served on
the Broward Chapter
Board since 2003 and was
chapter president in 2009
and 2010. He has been
voted chapter Director of
the Year four times. He
has served on numerous
FSPA committees and on
the Executive Committee
as an at-large director in
2012 and treasurer in 2013
and 2014.
